When and why did you decide to produce a course on meditation?

Five years ago, I was playing around with some NLP techniques and one of them could be used as a meditation tool with few adjustments. I’ve made those adjustments and achieved results that I wanted – an instant meditation state whenever I desire it. After successfully using this method and repeatedly having the same or even better results I thought to my self that this could be useful for someone else.

When and why did you first start meditating?

Probably more than ten years ago, I started exploring my inner world. I was curious to find techniques, methods, and questions that would expand my mind and lead me down the road of self-discovery. Whoever walks this road, sooner or later has to start meditation as it is one of the best ways to improve in so many ways.

What are the benefits of meditation?

There are many general benefits of meditation and the most common ones are well-being, calmness, clarity, awareness, stress reduction and more love toward others and ourselves.

How has meditation improved your life?

I could probably connect my meditation practice to many life-improving moments because I meditate regularly. To be more specific, I can tell you that at this moment my meditation practice is helping me to go through some big changes in my life with more ease, understanding, acceptance, and joy. The new project that I am working on is very challenging and requires me to have more creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills. Meditation allows me to let go, clear my mind and generate more energy and solutions.

How has meditation improved the lives of other people you know?

My students and clients come to me with comments about being able to remove all the labels, really feel their true nature and, as they tap into that new potential, they also realize how much more they have to offer to the world.

How and why did you decide to combine meditation with NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)?

NLP methodology is something that can be used to improve any human activity: sports performance, artistic skills and inspiration, and yes, even meditation. In all of these activities, we are using programs and language of our mind, and just by knowing a few NLP techniques we can drastically improve our performance, enjoyment and the way we do these activities.

What are the benefits of combining meditation with NLP?

When we use NLP methods, we can easily understand how and when we can always achieve the best results. Combining meditation with NLP helps us to have more flexible practice, adjusted to our personal needs. It allows us to have greater control and a better understanding of our inner world imagery, thoughts, and insights.

Who is your target audience for your meditation course?

This amazing process is for all levels, regardless of whether you are a beginner or have experience in meditation and mindfulness practice, including:

  • people who want to experience meditation benefits today, as if they have been practicing meditation for several months; and

  • people who have experience in meditation and would like to improve and take their practice to the next level.

What do you find most difficult or challenging about meditation?

The challenges that I was personally trying to overcome were time consumption and boredom. Before long, I needed a longer time to go into a meditative state, and sometimes I was feeling bored because I was repeating the same exercises over and over. I can now instantly achieve a meditative state and I am always curious about what great insights are waiting for me.

Name three things you have learned about meditation.

  • It can be used in various ways to serve or purpose;
  • It is a great way to achieve being authentic; and
  • It’s the healthiest way of self-acceptance communication with our inner world.

What is the most enjoyable and/or rewarding thing about meditation?

For me, the most enjoyable thing about meditation is the opportunity to increase the realistic sense of being connected to everyone and everything around you.

Who is your Number One main role model, and why?

My number one role model is Igor Ledochowski, because I think he is one of the best educators in the world.

Who or what is your main source of inspiration and/or motivation? What motivates you to get up in the morning?

People and my desire to contribute as much as I can to help others improve and have a more fulfilled life experience.

What are your plans for the future with your work?

I plan to create even better courses that are practical and deliver more useful information that can be easily used to realize the full potential and have fun while doing so.

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

This year, I am thankful for all the new people in my life, both in my personal and professional life, and you are one of them Zhana. Thank you for this interview.
